Ishi-Jo Women's Shirt White

This shirt displays a copy of a woodblock print by Utagawa Kuniyoshi (c. 1797-1861). The piece features Ishi Jo wife of Oboshi Yoshio, one of the 47 Ronin from Japanese lore. She wields a naginata (glaive). Women and men were skilled in the use of naginata in feudal Japan.
